(1) Certificate that license no. Ay-013 granted on 08-03-1984 to M/s. Amee Laboratory (AY) for that manufature of specified ayurvedic drugs in the premises situated at Shejgari, Bogura hasa been renewed for a period of two years from the date 08th March, 2016.

(2) The renewal of the license is subjected to the conditions stated below & to such other conditions as may be specified from time to time.
